Canal Station North
Canal Station North move-ins are now being scheduled. You may now reserve your slot, please know we will be scheduling four (4) moves a day, Monday – Saturday with the following time slots available: 8AM-11AM, 11AM-2PM, 2PM-5PM or 5PM-8PM. There will be no moves scheduled on Sundays.
Your scheduled time will reserve the building's #1 elevator with padding.
Please email to request your move-in date, which will be confirmed by the Facility Manager.
The LUMEN
LUMEN move-ins are now being scheduled. You may reserve a slot (Monday through Saturday either 9AM - 1PM or 1PM - 5PM) for two days after your expected closing.
Your scheduled time will reserve the building's elevator with padding.

2200 Residential
To schedule your move in, please sent an email message to
1. A non-refundable fee of one thousand dollars and no cents ($1,000.00) must be paid to the Association prior to moving into a unit. The fee covers both moving in and moving out of a unit at 2200 Residential.
2. In order to provide proper notice to the residents of 2200 Residential and to install protective pads in the elevator, all moves must be scheduled with the Residential Facility Manager at least three (3) business days prior to the move. NOTE: Residents moving in or out of the North Tower will need to contact the City of Seattle's Street Use Permitting department and reserve a parking area for the moving truck along Terry A venue. South and West Tower residents may park at the loading/unloading area at the entrance to the Residential Parking Garage off Lenora Street
3. Moves will only be allowed Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you are unable to complete your move within the time allocated, you will be required to re-schedule.
4. Moves will not be allowed on the weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or during the following holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
5. The Residential Facility Manager will lock off the elevator to provide you with exclusive use of the elevator during the move. The elevator will be returned to its normal operation at the end of your scheduled move.
